I have 15 years of experience in adult education in the WSQ space, I bring a blend of training, coaching, and program design to empower individuals thrive and flourish in the workplace.  

My passion in helping people live better lives led me to publish my first book,  “Reinvention—The Art of Surviving Career Disruption,” a workbook helping readers to thrive and flourish in their professional lives. I also develop and conduct mental wellness workshops based on positive psychology, brain science, and emotional intelligence. In 2023, I conducted over 70 mental wellness talks for migrant workers, helping them cope with workplace stress.
